1. About this notice
PATOMY AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates the public marketing website at https://patomy.com. This notice covers website visits and business enquiries sent to PATOMY, including requests for a demo or free trial.
This notice does not describe processing within customer platform workspaces. Trial and platform access is subject to separately agreed customer terms and, where required, data-processing terms.
2. Website visits
The website contains no account registration, document upload or contact form. Its pages do not run analytics or marketing trackers, set cookies or use browser storage. The pages use local website assets.
Cloudflare hosts this marketing website. Your browser supplies connection and request information needed to deliver pages, including an IP address and the requested page. Cloudflare may process request and security information to deliver, maintain and protect the website. The absence of tracking code on these pages does not mean that hosting logs are absent.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so website request information may be processed outside your country. Technical request and security data may be retained as needed to provide and protect the service, investigate issues and meet legal obligations, with retention depending on the Cloudflare services and configuration.
For Cloudflare's information handling and retention criteria, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Email enquiries
The Get in touch link opens your email application. It does not send a message automatically. If you email PATOMY, we receive your email address and the name, business details, message and attachments you choose to include.
PATOMY uses business correspondence to respond to enquiries, arrange requested discussions and communicate about a potential customer relationship. Providing information by email is voluntary; we need sufficient contact information to reply.
PATOMY uses Google Workspace to receive and store correspondence sent to [email protected]. People handling your enquiry at PATOMY and Google Workspace's email services may process that information. This notice does not claim a particular Google Workspace processing or storage region.
We delete ordinary support and demo enquiries 12 months after the last contact, unless the correspondence is needed for an ongoing customer relationship or a legal retention reason. Information needed for those exceptions is retained only for the relevant relationship or legal purpose. Customer workspace data is governed separately by the applicable customer arrangements.
4. Privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and complain to a data-protection authority.
Contact [email protected] to make a request or ask about this notice. We may need information to establish that the request concerns your information. A website enquiry is separate from customer workspace data, which is handled under the relevant customer arrangements.
5. Updates and contact
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website or enquiry handling. The date above identifies the latest revision.
